Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods (or, in case of several goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, from the day you receive the last good).

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your own specifications or are clearly personalized (e.g. products customized with your own name, text, or photo submitted by you).
